In This Crazy World

I'm in a really good place right now. I'm working for a company more concerned with results, than with how much time I spend in the office.

But, the more and more I read, the more upset I get at what is happening in this world...specifically, in my country.

Radley Balko of The Agitator linked to these stories.

First up, a Sheriff in Orange County has decided that the citizenry doesn't need to carry their own firearms. CCW laws are unconstitutional anyway. The Second Amendment is pretty clear. People can carry weapons to protect themselves from government and other menaces. Make no mistake, the systematic restricting of weapons is so that we, the populace, aren't able to defend ourselves from tyranny. But, we have our own petty tyrants...not just our government.

Look at this: Man goes to jail for brown lawn. Jail?! For a brown lawn? What the hell? He didn't re-sod his lawn, so the homeowner's association took him to court. We have people who are worried about losing their homes to foreclosure, but we're jailing a man for not sodding his LAWN?! He's also being held without bail. Held until the sod is on his lawn. I thought debtor's prisons were unconstitutional. What's worse is that people are saying he brought it on himself. No one is upset about the miscarriage of justice to one of our own countrymen.

I think the financial crisis is leading the way to New World Order and a move to one currency. I know, I know. Some of you may think I have my tin-foil hat on, and I'm a conspiracy theory nut. But think of the direction of the world. The time is ripe for AntiChrist to come and unite everyone under a similar banner of world unity. I mean, we don't even know who owns the most powerful bank in the country! (Look at this man's blog. It will make you think!) Is it such a stretch to think people are pulling the strings behind the scenes?

Sorry this post doesn't go deeper into things. I'm working with a defective "T" on my laptop keyboard...which I will be replacing this weekend. Did you know that "T" is the second most used letter in the English language?
